Thank you for choosing to be a part of H83. Please follow the steps below to qualify for a studio.

Step 1 – Request a viewing
If you would like to take an onside or online viewing, please send us an e-mail.
Step 2 – Provide information
If you would like to move forward with renting a studio, we request some personal information from you:
- Copy of your passport
- Proof of registration at your Dutch educational institution
- Statement of guarantee from your parents (we provide you with this document).
Step 3 - Sign tenancy agreement
If you are a suitable candidate, we will prepare the tenancy agreement. Please read the tenancy agreement carefully and sign the tenancy agreement.
Step 4 - Get your keys
After signing the tenancy agreement, we will schedule a date to inspect the studio together and to hand over the keys to you. Then it’s time for you to move and enjoy the studio, the residence, and of course, Maastricht!
